Am I eligible for compensation?
I was in a road accident last year while going to my office. The accident was major one and I had to spend 8 days at the hospital and 20 days at the Fort Collins Whiplash treatment clinic to get completely fine. Our company has arranged work insurance for all employees. The insurance is valid only for work related injuries when we are on duty. I want to know whether my case is eligible for claim under the insurance scheme as I was going to office only. If not, then is there any other way I can get compensation for the expenses I had to bear at the hospital?
