Marquees For Sale During Holiday Season
I passed by a street with marquees for sale. I think this is a mark down sale. With so many stores and manufacturers competing for marquees there are no doubt that many of them are offering it in lower prices. Nevertheless, they are still attending to the fact that they can come up with the capital price for their investments. This kind of property will not depreciate in quality and it will last for a longer period of time. Taken for example that each family already acquire one marquee then it will still take five to ten years to buy a new one.
